REFUND AND RETURNS
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow at least seven (7) from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items with similar value items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer 6 months free repair program. Please return all available pieces of the jewelry, and we will restore it at no cost. Repair is available only for the jewelry frame! We are not offering stone or chain repair.
Since every piece is one of a kind, it might be a minor difference in the design.
Please notify us so that we can expect the item for repair and confirm the return address with you. Then, carefully pack the item in a bubble mailer to keep it from more harm.
All returns within the U.S. is free. Contact us at email@example.com for the return shipping address and to get a pre-paid shipmen label.
You MAY be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
