Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide!

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders.
  • International: $20 flat rate.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of the order date (except for custom orders) via USPS Priority or Regular Mail.

  • US Orders: Expect delivery within 3–5 days from the shipment date.
  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks from the shipment date.

Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

Processing Returns:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. Please allow at least 7 days for us to process your return or exchange.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 days.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same or equivalent value, email us at info@polinajewelry.com.


Repair Policy

We offer a 6-month free repair program for the jewelry frame. This excludes repairs for stones or chains.

  • Return all available pieces of the jewelry for restoration. Minor differences in the design may occur due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces.
  • Notify us before sending the item, so we can confirm the return address with you.
  • Carefully pack the item in a bubble mailer to prevent further damage.

Shipping Returns

  • US Returns: Free return shipping. Contact info@polinajewelry.com for the return shipping address and a prepaid label.
  • International Returns: You may be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If applicable, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Important: We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
