Joining Our Waitlist
Filling out the form below automatically adds you to our custom jewelry waitlist. In some cases, we may reach out with additional questions, but otherwise, you’ll hear from us closer to your scheduled time. Please note, we typically have a 1–3 month wait. If your request is time-sensitive, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Scheduling & Next Steps
When it’s time for your custom project to begin, you’ll receive an email with your scheduling window and any additional questions we may have. To keep your spot, please reply within 5 business days.
Once confirmed, we’ll send over:
- A $100 hold deposit invoice
- A custom design contract via DocuSign
After that, you’ll receive stone options and an estimate. To move forward to the design phase, a 50% deposit is required.
The Design Process
We’ll work closely with you to bring your vision to life, discussing your ideas, budget, and finalizing the design. Additional details about pricing and the design process are outlined in the custom design contract below.
